This Community Service aims to prepare the skills of the young generation of students as business actors. The method used in implementing this service is carried out in several activities, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage of providing material (counseling) and the discussion stage. The role of Islamic boarding school clerics in improving the mindset and entrepreneurial spirit of students can be done by motivating students, creating communication and establishing an entrepreneurial-based curriculum. Recording finances using ISAK contains financial position reports, activity reports, cash flow reports and notes on financial reports. The strategy for preparing Islamic boarding school financial reports can be done by classifying post-post transactions, accounts, or accounts, analyzing transactions in financial report posts, recording processes into accounting journals, transferring recording results to the general ledger according to account type, making a balance sheet, trial balance and making adjustment processes to financial report posts. Strategy to build character and skills of young santripreneurs by forming character of entrepreneurial moral knowledge, entrepreneurial moral feelings and entrepreneurial moral actions, honest, moral, noble character, good character, having business passion, not afraid to fail, and having self-confidence.

Community Service (PkM) activities by lecturers and students of Catur Insan Cendekia University (UCIC) Cirebon were carried out with the aim of increasing the management capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Widasari Village, Indramayu Regency through Business Model Canvas (BMC) training. This training is designed to help MSMEs understand and apply strategic elements in business models, so as to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of their businesses. The implementation methods include socialization, interactive training, and direct assistance to MSMEs. Participants are invited to understand the main elements in the Business Model Canvas, such as customer segments, value propositions, distribution channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, main resources, main activities, key partners, and cost structures. In addition, a simulation was carried out to compile a business model based on the local conditions and potential of Widasari Village. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding and skills in using the Business Model Canvas as a strategic planning tool. MSMEs were able to identify new business opportunities, increase operational efficiency, and design strategies that were more focused on market needs. This PkM activity is a real manifestation of UCIC Cirebon's commitment to empowering the community through collaboration between academics and students. The sustainability of the program is proposed through continued assistance to ensure that the implementation of BMC can be optimally applied by MSME actors.

Penyuluhan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) Pada Siswa Kelas III SDN Kota Baru IX

The low level of implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is still a problem in society, because it contributes to the low level of health in Indonesia and the declining quality of life of human resources. One strategic step to overcome this is to get used to PHBS from an early age by providing education to elementary school students about the importance of maintaining cleanliness and health as part of their daily lifestyle. This community service activity was carried out through counseling on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) to all grade III students at SD Negeri Kota Baru IX. The material presented included the definition of PHBS, the importance of implementing PHBS, the benefits contained therein, and an emphasis on the correct procedures for washing hands and brushing teeth. After the socialization session, students practiced directly to wash their hands and brush their teeth properly, with guidance from KKN students. The results of this activity showed that students were committed to changing their habits towards clean and healthy living behavior, by washing their hands with running water and soap, and brushing their teeth with the appropriate technique.

Peran Telemedicine Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Masyarakat

Telemedicine covers a wide range of health services, allowing for the provision of care even when parties are separated by great distances. Telemedicine serves to improve the quality of health services by facilitating access to consultations and health checks, especially for people who have difficulty accessing health facilities directly. The purpose of this education is to increase public knowledge and understanding of the role of telemedicine in supporting better access to health. The method used in this community service activity is to deliver material directly to students and the community around the campus, followed by a question and answer session and evaluation of oral feedback. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the benefits of telemedicine. Most participants felt more confident in using the telemedicine application for remote consultations, although there were concerns about the accuracy of the diagnosis and direct interaction with medical personnel. The evaluation also showed that participants felt the material presented was relevant to their needs. Overall, this activity was effective in increasing public awareness of telemedicine, and further education with real case studies is needed to address existing concerns.

Blood donation and health checks are social activities that have a major positive impact in order to increase public awareness of the importance of blood donation to maintain health and help meet the blood needs of patients in need, as well as improve public health through free health checks. The method of implementing this activity is assisted by PMI in organizing blood donation and health check activities which are held at the Baubau Polytechnic. providing services starting with socialization about blood donation activities and health tests. The results of the community service show a high level of community participation in donating blood and conducting health checks. In addition, the community knows and understands more about the importance of donating blood for personal health and helping to reduce frequent blood deficiencies and the importance of conducting routine health checks which are carried out to detect health conditions early so as to reduce the incidence of preventable diseases.
