Peer Review Policy

1. Provide direct open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge;
2. Allows authors to retain copyright and retain publishing rights without limitation;
3. Deposit content with long-term digital preservation or archiving programs;
4. Using a DOI as a permanent identifier;
5. Include machine-readable CC license information in the article;
6. Allows generous reuse and mixing of content, in accordance with the CC BY-SA license;
7. Can Provide article-level metadata for indexers and aggregators
8. Have a deposit policy registered with the deposit policy registry, eg. Garuda
