Jurnal Sains dan Kesehatan (JSIKA) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Politeknik Baubau, Indonesia, This consists of medical and clinical sciences, medical records sciences, public health sciences, midwifery sciences, and pharmaceutical sciences. JSIKA welcomes original research articles, conceptual papers, and review articles that contribute to the development of theoretical knowledge and practical applications in healthy. The journal serves as an academic forum for researchers, lecturers, practitioners, and scholars to disseminate research findings and engage in scientific discussions on contemporary issues in science an health. JSIKA is published twice a year, in the third week of May and November. The development and recognition of JSIKA are supported by its national journal accreditation. Based on Letter Number 0173/C3/DT.05.00/2025 concerning the Notification of Journal Accreditation Results for Period I of 2025, dated March 21, 2025, and the Decree of the Director General of Research and Development, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025, Jurnal Sains dan Kesehatan (e-ISSN 29618150) was declared accredited as Sinta 4, effective from Volume 1 Number 2 (2022) through Volume 6 Number 1 (2027). This accreditation reflects JSIKA’s commitment to maintaining academic quality, publication integrity, rigorous peer review, and continuous improvement in scholarly publishing.
