Abstract

This Community Service aims to prepare the skills of the young generation of students as business actors. The method used in implementing this service is carried out in several activities, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage of providing material (counseling) and the discussion stage. The role of Islamic boarding school clerics in improving the mindset and entrepreneurial spirit of students can be done by motivating students, creating communication and establishing an entrepreneurial-based curriculum. Recording finances using ISAK contains financial position reports, activity reports, cash flow reports and notes on financial reports. The strategy for preparing Islamic boarding school financial reports can be done by classifying post-post transactions, accounts, or accounts, analyzing transactions in financial report posts, recording processes into accounting journals, transferring recording results to the general ledger according to account type, making a balance sheet, trial balance and making adjustment processes to financial report posts. Strategy to build character and skills of young santripreneurs by forming character of entrepreneurial moral knowledge, entrepreneurial moral feelings and entrepreneurial moral actions, honest, moral, noble character, good character, having business passion, not afraid to fail, and having self-confidence.
