Abstract
User satisfaction is an important indicator in assessing the success of the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (RME) in healthcare facilities. At the Katobengke Health Center, RME has been implemented since 2024, but there are still obstacles, one of which is the unavailability of drug prescription features in the pharmacy section. This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of health workers with the implementation of RME using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method which includes five dimensions: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample was all health workers using RME at the Katobengke Health Center as many as 17 people with total population sampling techniques. The research instrument is in the form of an EUCS questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data was analyzed using the Respondent Achievement Rate (TCR) formula and presented in a frequency distribution. The results showed that the level of user satisfaction was in the good category in all dimensions, with an average TCR: content 86.35%, accuracy 87.05%, format 88.23%, ease of use 88.23%, and timeliness 87.05%. These findings indicate that the implementation of RME at the Katobengke Health Center has provided real benefits for users although there are still aspects that need to be improved. In conclusion, the implementation of RME at the Katobengke Health Center has succeeded in improving the quality of administrative services and patient documentation.
