Abstract
Mobile JKN is one of the digital innovations in health services developed to facilitate National Health Insurance (JKN) participants in registering for health services. The implementation of the Mobile JKN registration system at primary health care facilities is expected to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of services and reduce patient waiting times. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the Mobile JKN registration system at Batauga Public Health Center. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation and interviews to obtain information regarding the implementation of the Mobile JKN registration system based on human resources, machines or technology, methods, materials, and cost aspects. The implementation of the Mobile JKN registration system at Batauga Public Health Center has helped make the patient registration process easier and more organized. However, several obstacles remain, including users' ability to operate the application, network or device problems, and the community's understanding of the Mobile JKN registration procedures. The Mobile JKN registration system at Batauga Public Health Center has supported the registration service process, but its implementation still needs to be improved through public socialization and education, enhancement of staff capabilities, and optimization of supporting facilities and network infrastructure.
