Abstract
Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) are plants that are used to meet the health needs of families traditionally. This study aims to inventory the types of TOGA known and used by the community, and to examine their development potential. The study was conducted in the Nangka Bugang area of Pasuluhan Village using survey, observation, and in-depth interview methods. The community uses TOGA to treat minor illnesses, increase endurance, and prevent disease. Knowledge of the use of TOGA is generally obtained from generation to generation, but there is a decline in interest in the younger generation. TOGA has great potential to be developed, both in terms of utilization and conservation. Efforts that can be made include increasing public knowledge and awareness, developing TOGA cultivation, optimal and sustainable development of TOGA can contribute to public health, the economy, and the environment.
