Jurnal Ekonomi dan Bisnis (JEKO) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Politeknik Baubau, Indonesia, focusing on research and scholarly studies in economics, business, management, accounting, finance, taxation, entrepreneurship, and related fields. JEKO welcomes original research articles, conceptual papers, and review articles that contribute to the development of theoretical knowledge and practical applications in economics and business. The journal serves as an academic forum for researchers, lecturers, practitioners, and scholars to disseminate research findings and engage in scientific discussions on contemporary issues in economics and business. JEKO is published twice a year, in the second week of May and November. The development and recognition of JEKO are supported by its national journal accreditation. Based on Letter Number 0173/C3/DT.05.00/2025 concerning the Notification of Journal Accreditation Results for Period I of 2025, dated March 21, 2025, and the Decree of the Director General of Research and Development, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025, Jurnal Ekonomi dan Bisnis (e-ISSN 29618169) was declared accredited as Sinta 4, effective from Volume 1 Number 2 (2022) through Volume 6 Number 1 (2027). This accreditation reflects JEKO’s commitment to maintaining academic quality, publication integrity, rigorous peer review, and continuous improvement in scholarly publishing.
