Main Article Content
Abstract
This community service initiative aims to address production and managerial challenges faced by the *Pokdakan Teratai Fish Farm* tilapia farming business through the adoption of appropriate technology and digital financial applications. The implementation process was structured into several stages: Focus Group Discussions (FGD), technology transfer preparation, training and technology application, mentoring and periodic evaluation, and ensuring program sustainability. Technological support provided included water aerators, solar-powered pumps, dissolved oxygen (DO) meters, extension cords, timer plugs, and the *eQanku* digital financial application. Results showed significant improvements in production: dissolved oxygen (DO) levels rose from 5 mg/L to 8 mg/L, fish appetite increased by 20%–30%, and production capacity surged by 50%–60%—rising from 1,200 kg to 1,800–2,000 kg per harvest cycle. Furthermore, the implementation of the *eQanku* application improved the accuracy of financial record-keeping and operational efficiency by up to 80%, resulting in more structured and accountable financial reporting.
