Penguatan Kompetensi Kepemimpinan dan Karakter Siswa melalui Pelatihan Dasar Kepemimpinan di SMA Negeri 10 Kabupaten Pangkep

Abstract

Strengthening students' leadership and character competencies is an important part of developing a young generation with integrity, responsibility, and good social skills. This community service activity aims to improve students' leadership and character competencies through Basic Leadership Training (LDK) at SMA Negeri 10 Pangkep Regency. The activity was carried out in November 2025 using a participatory approach. The implementation method includes planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The form of activity includes the delivery of leadership and character education materials, group discussions, leadership simulations, and reflection and evaluation of activities. Participants in the activity were students who are members of school organizations and class representatives. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of the concept of leadership, communication skills, teamwork, responsibility, discipline, and self-confidence. In addition, this training had a positive impact on students' leadership attitudes and behaviors within the school environment. This Basic Leadership Training activity contributes to supporting character strengthening and the development of students' leadership competencies, so it is recommended to be implemented continuously as part of the student development program at the school.
