Abstract
Numeracy assessment is an important instrument for measuring elementary school students' mathematical thinking skills, particularly in understanding numbers, arithmetic operations, and contextual problem solving. However, teachers often underutilize numeracy assessment results as a basis for planning follow-up learning. This community service activity aims to improve elementary school teachers' capacity to analyze and utilize numeracy assessment results systematically and reflectively. The community service methods used include training, intensive mentoring, assessment data analysis practice, and collaborative reflection. The activity was carried out in October 2025 with the involvement of teachers from SDN 38 Bonto Perak. The results showed an increase in teachers' understanding of numeracy indicators, their ability to group student achievement, and their skills in developing follow-up learning based on assessment data. This mentoring has had a positive impact on teacher professionalism in numeracy learning that is more adaptive and oriented to student needs.
