Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Penguatan Literasi Melalui Program BSI Explore 2026 Di Desa Bojongmangu Kabupaten Bekasi

Abstract

The BSI Explore 2026 program was launched in Bojongmangu Village, Bekasi Regency, with the aim of enhancing student literacy and maximizing community potential. The program targets improving children's reading skills, educating teachers and parents on the early detection of learning difficulties, and identifying the potential of local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Program implementation involved academic tutoring at SDN Bojongmangu 02, basic literacy and numeracy (*calistung*) activities, seminars on literacy and the early detection of learning difficulties, as well as observation and guidance for local *tenteng* (traditional snack) and bamboo craft businesses. Findings revealed that while most students possessed adequate literacy skills, some required special assistance due to reading difficulties. Teachers and parents gained valuable insights from the sessions regarding the importance of early detection of learning challenges. Furthermore, the *tenteng* and bamboo craft businesses showed financial potential that could be further developed through digital marketing to expand their market share. Overall, the BSI Explore 2026 program strengthens educational literacy while fostering the long-term economic empowerment of the Bojongmangu Village community.
